Extra Creamy Strawberries & Cream Burnt Basque Cheesecake with a secret ingredient that makes it even more amazing!

Tips: Layer 2 sheets of parchment paper for maximum coverage. Check at the 40 min mark, every oven is different. Preheating your oven 30-45 min beforehand works wonders.

Ingredients
1.5 Pounds
Cream Cheese
3 packages
2 -4.4 Ounces
Icelandic Provisions Extra Creamy Strawberries & Cream Skyr

Sugar
Pinch of Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon
Vanilla Bean Paste
1 Cup
Heavy Cream

Eggs
3 Tablespoon
All-Purpose Flour
Recipe
Step 1:
Beat the cream cheese, skyr, vanilla and sugar for 1-3 min until very smooth using a handheld electric mixer or stand mixer with paddle attachment.
Step 2:
Beat in eggs one at a time, until really creamy and smooth.
Step 3:
Add in salt & heavy cream. Sift in flour while beating it.
Step 4:
Butter your 9 inch spring form pan. Crinkle the parchment paper and place one sheet on top of the other, place inside the pan making sure you have 2-3 inch overhang.
Step 5:
Add in the cheesecake batter and bake at 415F for 45-60 min. You want it golden brown on top and jiggly in the middle. It's ok if it looks rustic! It's suppose to ;)
Step 6:
Let it cool fully before removing it from pan and chill in fridge, ideally overnight.
